Notes
Overall, the frame is in very good condition with no dents. It's probably been repainted. There is some bubbling of the paint (~3") towards the top of the non-driveside seat stay (see last photo). The frame has brazed on pump pegs along the back side of the seat tube. Rear brake cable runs through the top-tube. If there was a front part to the front fender, it is missing. The handlebars, stem and brake leavers are all one unit (not sure of the brand).
