Eddy Merckx - Titanium AX

In the late 1990's Eddy Merckx Cycles began building Titanium road frames. The model here is a 1996 or 1997 Eddy Merckx Titanium AX. These frames were sold as framesets and produced by Litespeed Cycles, an expert titanium manufacturer out of Tennessee. Due to the fact that these bicycles were sold mainly as frame set, most have been assembly with a wide variety of forks, drive trains, and other components. We recently stripped our Merckx Titanium AX and rebuilt it with modern components. This 58cm (C-C) Merckx is built with 2018 Campagnolo Potenza 11 speed, and with a new Campagnolo Sirocco wheelset. The bicycle is finished with Cinelli handlebars and stem, as well as with a Cinelli Seatpost, and limited edition Eddy Merckx Sell Italia Flite Titanium Saddle.
